The University of Colorado Buffaloes (9-2) showed everybody that they are deserving of the #1 ranking they received from the ACHA.  The Sun Devils (8-6), however, put up a fight against the first-ranked team in the West.  While the score showed 8-3 at the end of the night, the Devils answered quickly when they found themselves in a hole to keep clawing at the Buffaloes lead, but when the teams shook hands their attempt was too short.
